1.  Borrower is responsible for the safe keeping of library materials while in his/her possession. He/she should report immediately to the librarian if said materials are lost or damaged, for which he/she will be responsible for their replacement.

2.  Borrowing privileges are not transferable and must be exercised personally.

3.  Failure to return overdue library materials may result in suspension of borrowing privileges.
